Science week is over!
This week has been so fun, for the students as well as the staff. Although we had fun performing a ton of cool experiments, it is always cool to learn the science behind it. Learning can take place any time of the year, even in the summer!
Here are some more pics of the things we did this week!
Our "crime scene." The kids were hired as our team of forensic investigators
and helped us solve the crime. We talked about the many advances in forensic
science, and how more cases, including cold cases, are able to be solved
thanks to this technology! The kids then wrote about what they thought
happened, and we shared the different scenarios.
We also took a peek inside the human body with the help of "The Magic
School Bus." Here are the kids drawing life sized digestive systems!
Now on to Amazing Art Week!! We have a lot of really cool crafts that we will be doing, so be sure to send your kids in clothes that they don't mind getting messy. See you next week :).
